Where is my order? How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed during weekends and holidays (e.g. Bank Holidays) this may create a 1 day delay in the processing of your order, unless stated otherwise on our website.
For all orders, we aim for a delivery timeframe of three working days after the order has been processed. We may contact you if the timeframe of your order is longer, or if we are having difficulty fulfilling items in the order which is causing a delay.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, due to the delivery companies etc.
We aim to work our hardest to advise the customer on these delays and work with the transport companies to ensure a fast redelivery.
How is my order delivered?
For the orders that we receive for the UK Mainland, these are dispatched with DHL parcel. The tracking number that we mark your order with can be traced on the DHL website.
Furthermore, the DHL delivery option that we use is the NEXT DAY service.
Any orders placed for outside of the UK, we use UPS.
Additionally, we run a collection option for anyone in the local area of Swindon.
What if I have not received part of my order?
If you believe you have not received part of your order, please contact us so that we can help. On some rare occasions, it may have been lost in the transport. Or, easily it could have been split from the rest of your delivery.
Please ensure that you have checked all boxes as on some occasions, 2 products can both be inserted into one larger box for shipment.

How can I pay for my order?
On our shop, we accept payments with credit & debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
How do I know you have received my order?
When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number.
